We can not perform any tattoo services on anyone under the age of 18.

• All clients MUST provide a valid form of ID:
  a. driver's license
  b. passport

• A non-refundable/non-transferable booking fee is due upon scheduling an appointment.

• Booking fee can range depending on the size of the project but is usually $100

  • If you CANCEL, RESCHEDULE or FAIL TO SHOW UP for any of your scheduled Date of Appointments before your service is complete, then you will FORFEIT your booking fee amount.

  • If you fail to respond to our attempts to reach out about rescheduling, you will forfeit your booking fee.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you must reschedule and leave another booking fee.

• If you no call, no show to an appointment, the artist has the right to refuse to rebook you.

• Booking fees are non-transferable. If you must cancel, you would have to pay another booking fee in order to set an appointment.

• We can not proceed with your appointment if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• Each artist has their own way of doing things, but for the most part, designs are not available for viewing before the appointment date.

• We have the right to refuse service to any client we deem as rude, inappropriate, or not comfortable servicing under any circumstance.

• We will not respond to rude, aggressive and demanding correspondence.

• It is the client’s or potential clients responsibility to read over and familiarize themselves with our policies before starting the process of getting a service done. Artist’s specific booking policies are stated on their booking pages, which you must agree to before proceeding with the process.

• Under no circumstances will a refund be given for services that have been rendered.
